I have an active file with an LC that is based in JHB (that I believe) because the person is not in EL. I went to East London branch, met Lali at reception, she never disappoints with her warm reception, her gentle attitude gives comfort. All in all, she connected me with the LC and I went out satisfied. Thank you so much for putting such people at the front.
