I would like to acknowledge the service I received from your Qonce branch. Nosiphiwo is a very kind and thoughtful person who can see how distressed you are and try and calm you down. Your employees go above and beyond helping their members. Even the matter I came with so that it can be resolved for me has been resolved in a matter of days
