Hello I'm Thobeka Ngcobo and I have a complaint about Legal wise In 2018 my car got hit by the Express delivery car So I went to the company to report the matter of claiming the car however they gave me some difficulties..Knowing that I was covered with Legal wise the matter was escalated to them so they can take over..I want to tell you now Since 2018 this matter has not been resolved they just keep sending me Emails that it's still with the Attorney but it's been so long 5 full years now...please help where you can the case is with Legal wise and everytime I contact them they seem to be taking me from one agent to another there are no resolutions yet I have been paying them from 2016 up to 2021 ..they automatically stopped taking money is 2021 which I am not worried about it..they have been sending payable fees of R96 000 on my email ..please help on this matter Ref no wf_***2 Claim no CVL***8
