Complaint about a consultant

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding one of you consultant by the Name of Tefo not sure of his surname but he is using this number ‪064***5774‬.

Kindly note that during PSA PARTY at Loch Logan Bloemfontein on the 24th of November 2023, I gave him my ID number and contact details so that he can check if am registered to receive benefits of Legal wise and said I was not registered that I should text him on Monday. On Monday He texts me and I reply to say I forgot to text him.

Then He sends me text late at night and I rep**** that I don't approve of him sending me texts so late that it was inappropriate and I do not approve. He then apologized and said he didn't have data, that he loaded it late.

Then He went again and text me in the Morning now saying "Hi Mylove"

So I find it very inappropriate so how am I supposed to trust your people with my personal information?

I did sent an email to Legal wise but no reply.
