Complaint
It is with greatest dissapointment. I have a very pressing legal matter. I called the call centre spoke to Yvonne she claimed to have logged my claim and assigned a lawyer to me within 48hours..nothing was done I called back I was promised that she will call back when she reports for duty at 10 am she never called.I fail to understand when legal wise promotes being the for their clients but nothing was done regarding my claim.
