clowns in a circus

Was on the phone with legalwise for over an hour when they dropped the call. expecting to be phoned back to carry on with the issue at hand, i got nothing. called back and they say they will trace who i spoke to so i can finish my issue.... only to get a call back from someone totally new 2 hours later with... "Hi... I was asked to call you?" - they don't have a system iin place that you can trace back to someone you were chatting with before they drop your call. BAD /SLOPPY SERVICE
