Claims: unresponsive and *********!

Shame on you, Legalwise! The level of unresponsiveness and ********* conduct in your business is sickening!

I was unfairly dismissed in Sept 2017 and my labour matter was handled by one of your partner attorneys. In July 2018 I received a Default Award from CCMA, which ordered that I get reinstated and back-payed no later than 23 July 2018. Nothing happened until November 2018, when LegalWise transferred me to a new attorney after terminating a contract with the previous one. I was promised that my file would be collected from the previous attorney and handed over to the new one. Five months later, my file is still nowhere to be found. The new attorney cannot proceed with my matter without the file. The Claims department in Germiston is unresponsive - I call every other day to follow up and they either ignore my calls, or promise to call me back soon and never actually call. Every time I call, Shazz Fakier (the consultant at Germiston) is either absent from work (quite often) or when I find her, I get the same story, "we understand your frustrations...bluh bluh bluh...your file will be collected on Friday at the latest." This has been going on since January when business reopened! This is beyond frustrating!! Why would you transfer a case from one attorney to another in its final stage, anyway?
