Claim still not paid

<p>I have been in contact with Legalwise from Nov 2016 regarding a claim. Until their call centre called and told me that there are documentation outstanding (which couldnt even come from the consultant that my case have been assigned too), I have since submitted the documentation on 08 Feb 2017 of which i've been explained that there is a 10 day working period hold-up. 10 days ended today 22 Feb 2017 and still no claim has been paid. LegalWise does not even have the audicity to call their clients, you have to run to them for your own money. Just give me my money LegalWise. I have never had one single contact with LegalWise that has been value-adding or on a positive note. Your service sucks big-time. And i wouldnt recommended you to anyone out there</p>
