Claim not paid

Hello I'm Thobeka Ngcobo I have been writing to hello Peter for sometime regarding my painful complaint with legal wise from 2018 I had a policy with them and claimed my car which was hitted by delivery express they have all the history and documents sent .. because of the phone change I don't have documents on my side like pictures of the accident and all that ...the case have dragged and dragged for years ..they have tried to communicate and engage me with the update from 2024 untill weeks back from then they are quiet again and it's so disturbing because I spent a lot of money fixing the car which they have quotation for and they have committed that the cover amount they suppose to pay to me due to my quotation is R125 000 and being aware that they are the ones who failed to attend to the case for the delivery express to pay the damage but they failed to....so my query and concern now is to why they keep dragging this because it's the policy I've been paying however they are the one's who failed drastically to deliver the service they promised when I took their policy. Please help me resolve this .
