Case still open since July 2017 - No Assistance

Today it's the 7th month since you said you have logged a query on my case, but still not activity. I have sent my letter on 08/06/2018, objecting your decision of rejecting my claim based on what you made up, there's still no feedback from you. What kind of service is this exactly?

Can somebody tell me what is the status of my case after my objection letter please. You advised that you have lodged query reference number 25906, but to this end, there's nothing and my case is going cold.

Please stop with your nonsense and sort this.
