Case is taking long and little feedback is given.

I submitted my matter in October 2014 for recovering rent from my tenants evict them out of the house and until now nothing positive have come out of it and I'm sitting with a R19,053.90 COJ bill and still piling up coz these people are not taking care of the municipal bills. I have sent LegalWise emails and I always have to push Chiba Attorneys to do their work. Legal Wise does not push cases on behalf of their clients and neither do they update them. It is a year and six months waiting for them to resolve the issue and still waiting. I got a call from Chiba Attorneys last month saying the Sheriff was not able to locate my house after a year and six months. That means I will have to wait for another year and six months for the attorney to visit my house again. I am sick of Legal Wise and want people to know that they must not be taken by their adverti*****t. What services do they specialize in if they do not assist their customers legally? Is it the push services because it looks like they need to be pushed all the time?
