Case Ignored

Early in January I reported a case at LegalWise, remember I am policy holder.Up until today I have not recieved any good response regarding my case.I have been paying my premiums every month and they always promise us a good service.After a couple of months waiting for their response, i called them on monday this week and they said they will get back to me and they did not.Please interven it is very painful to pay premius every month with the hope of getting quality assistance when in need, and yet you get ignored.
