Carelessness

Hello Peter my name is Siphelo Dom id number *** I'm a client of Legal wise. I'm from King William's Town. I was involved in a car accident 17 September 2022 and the case was opened by my brother Nonelelo Dom who was assisted by the traffic officer who was on the scene. They transferred the case to Vulindlela Police station in Mdantsane since it was their jurisdiction.

At this point, I was not assisted until I contacted my Lawyers (Legal wise) KWT on the 5th of December 2022. All I can say legal wise did (through the lady from JHB was to simply call me and email me and no help was received at all. I had to spend money to go up and down eventually received help from Mxenge (provincial police? Where I was helped by Ms Klaas, who sent me back to East London to the region offices to meet with Ms Mjova. They are trying their best to help me.

I'm complaining about Legal wise who I pay monthly but when it comes to service they don't care. If I could receive your assistance, that would be immensely helpful.
