Cannot get in contact with Legalwise

My cell phone for some reason drops the call made to Legalwise. I tried their 086 numbers and their office number. I cannot get hold of them. MTN confirms all is fine with my phone as all other 086 numbers work and there is no call barring and I have plenty of normal minutes. I have sent 1) a website message and 2) whatsapped Legalwise with my complaint to check and received no response since. My premiums are up to date and need a response from them after they do a technical check. Can someone from Legalwise please contact me about this strange problem?
