Cancelled policy but payment still deducted.

I cancelled the policy I had with legalwise in March. Before doing this I requested in writing for the cancellations policy. Till date I did not receive it. On 23 March 2016 I received an sms stating that the policy has been cancelled. Then in 01 April 2016 my bank account was debited for April's payment for the policy. Legalwise I want a refund of my money. Your service was pathetic in the first place that's why I cancelled the policy. Failure to refund me will result in me reporting this company to the Ombudsman for Insurance service. It may be a small amount of money but it is my money none the less that you took out of my account without my permission or consent after you clearly stated the policy was cancelled.
