Cancellation of Policy

I have been trying to cancel my policy for months now. When I call I get sent to a queue and the line just drops...everytime! I have written emails to customer service requesting cancellation...no response, acknowledgement, whatsoever.

Retrospectively, I was naive to think that Legalwise could represent my legal affairs with this type of service. The service is atrocious.

I still want to cancel my policy but till today, I haven't had success with talking to someone to assist in this regard.

I responded to the communication within a day and my response was acknowledged and the promise was that someone would contact me. However, I still haven't been contacted by Legalwise. Again, Legalwise proving to be a taker only, no care at all about customer service unless they're onboarding a customer. Pathetic service. Probably one of the worst in the industry!
