CANCEL MY POLICY AND REFUND MY PREMIUM

I have tried desperately to cancel this policy. It seems as though you have a bunch of idiots in your durban branch. I want this damn policy cancelled and I want the February premium refunded. This is the most disgusting company I've ever come across. Please let me know if I should put in my request in simpler English..
