I have a labour dispute with Northern Cape Department of Health here in South Africa from 2016 already. After my case has been referred to multiple attorneys and the last law firm is Narian attorneys in Gauteng Province whom confirmed that I have 51% chances of winning my case. These attorneys are paid by Legalwise an amount in the region of R81000.00 and now I am told that there are no more funds available and I must pay from my pocket. I was not even told the quantum of my case but I must still pay by myself. When I request my file the attorneys say I must also pay to get my file from them
