Billing department great, service department non-existent
Been a member for almost 10 years, requested assistance twice and was not assisted in any of the matters. They take your call but they take ages to respond and obtain documents. Both times I had to back down and just leave the legal assistance I requested. Definitely looking for an alternative to Legalwise.
