BELOW POOR SERVICES
I had an issue with medial malpractice, so i need the 2nd doctors report, how ever the doctors offices told me i must issue them with a letter of demand. On the 19th May 2021 i e mailed legal wise the following: " Please can you issue DR. G Chasumba with a legal letter of demand to get my report on my diagnose and surgery please. " on the 8th of June i get the following response from Sabelo Nkosi "Please be reminded to furnish us with the details of the Doctor as we never received same from you." I've tried calling him several times, but always busy in a consultation and i leave messages and never get called back. 3 weeks and this is the response i get???? I'm really not happy at all with the services provided from Legalwise.
