Be in a circus when there is time to claim Legalwise never responds and keep on making up stories of not receiving claim documents

I had a claim with legalwise since September 2017 and the claims department first said they received claim documents from the appointed attorney then they gave an excuse that they have a back log then all of sudden again claim that they never received documents. They claims department is nothing more than a circus but I am sure they excel on collecting premiums from clients and selling. The claims email address that they put on their website never responds to anything as well their customer care only if they still have to sell their product that they respond.
