Bad servise gauteng legal wise cbd

I'm the 15 september 2017 I got a call from lungile Ndlovu about a problem I was having so I told her to email me she did so on the 18 of September 2017 .

I had tried to contact her branch before , but for two days the stuff went on training so there was no one to assist me.

I have not received a email back from her , I have tried to call she is busy. That's the message I get from the person who picked up the phone, said she will call me back. Today 3 October I'm still waiting I logged a complaint yesterday morning still no call I even called this morning nothing. I don't see the use for me having legal wise if I'm chasing after them, and my matters are not getting sorted. I want to just cancell this debit order but I can't even get though to do that.
