Bad service offered by Legal wise towards me..

Legalwise is really proving to me that despite all my efforts of complaining about their bad service,lack of resolving my complaints, they will continue showing me a middle finger..They are not even ashamed of deducting R154 on a monthly basis from my bank account,knowing they still owe me a resolution to my complain.I have been calling them and would be called by them and confirming my complaint, on top of that the last person who called me a month ago was a lady called cherelize from PE claims department who she said she has been sent by Mariska to confirm my complaint.. Is legal wise owned by Mariska who doesn't have care of a black person despite numerous calls..What is the purpose of legal wise if they would treat me this way, despite being a loyal member..
