BAD SERVICE!!! NO UPDATES!!

I was involved in a car accident in December of 2014. The person who bumped my car promised to pay for my damages but he never did. I then approached Legal wise to help me as I was their member. My case was then assigned to their correspondent attorneys, Pule Attorneys in Rustenburg to assist. To date, I have not had any progress reports on this matter. It has been more than a year and I do not know whether summons have been issued against the other driver, or the status of my claim. Each time I go to Legal Wise's office they always refer me to go to Pule attorneys. But I do not have any contract with Pule attorneys. Surely if Pule Attorneys is dealing with my matter they should be sending reports back to Legal Wise. Why can't anybody tell me what is going on here??? Legal wise consultants (Rethabile Maake) always tell me they will call me back but nobody ever does. What am I paying my policy for?? I demand answers from Legal wise now - Surely you cannot expect to just keep eating my money without delivering from your side. THAT IS A BREACH OF THE CONTRACT THAT WE AGREED ON!!!
