Bad service, no communication and the consultants are rude and dismissive

After being a customer for more than 15years when I need legal assistance , I was told I cannot get help because the matter was business related.

I bought the property with the intention to use it for business in the future but It was a private sale. Legalwise refuses to help me because they say they do not deal with business transactions.

This is the way legalwise repays customer loyalty? By finding excuses not to be of service when u need them the most?
