Bad service - My money went down the drain.

I am a platinum member having been with Legal wise for many years. The first time I used the service was last year and the service was pathetic. I had to use Hellopeter to get a service. Now it happens again.

Last month (Beginning of the month of October) I contacted the national call center seeking help. I was informed that a legal rep will contact me in due course. I waited for two weeks and no contact. I then contacted them again and they lodged a complaint and said again the legal rep will contact me. This was on the 12th of October 2017. Still today no contact from anybody. Instead I received an SMS yesterday informing me that my membership has been canceled....Really now. What type of service is this? I have spent so much money paying a monthly membership and this is what I get?

I am utterly disgusted!!!!!!!
