Bad service from legalwise.

I was dismissed at work and I called legalwise for assistance by legal representative at CCMA. Legalwise never instructed an attorney for me until it was last days, out of panic I source the service of a law firm from my own pocket. Legalwise only called later to apologise they way they handled the matter labelling it as the unintentional mistake and I forgave them. They advise me that my file will be temporary closed since I am already have an attorney but should I need them I must give them a call. My matter was not resolved at CCMA due to jurisdiction, therefore it had to be referred at Labour Court. I contacted legalwise and my file is still handled by the same person who didn't give it a due diligence. I contacting them everyday but the person who is handling cannot be reached. I was told that they are sending her massages but she didn't contact me. It seems to me I will suffer the same faith as last and they contact me on the last days for referral to apologise and is sickening. Poor service from legalwise or maybe it is done deliberately so that I can pay out of my own pocket again.
