Bad Service from Legalwise

I'm also very much upset by legalwise. Thet take years to respond when you lodge a case as a member. If you don't make a follow up they simply ignore you. When they refer you to the attorney they expect you to call the attorney, not the attorney to introduce themselves to you as a client. Further more when you call those attorney they pose as not knowing anything with regard to the referral
