Bad service

I have never came across such a bad service like this...ever in my intire life. Legal wise is the worst to work with. My father has been with this legal aid for years..... and so unfortunate you are absent in times he needed you most. How can 1 report a matter from 12am and after the effort calls made till 4:30 u say that your offices are closed without even trying means to help? Your service is very poor. All u know is transfering people amongst each other with no help wasting their airtime promising to call back and nothing happens . Aaay maan poor people don't deserve this,they pay the fees from the unfortunate lil money they earn for living.
