bad service by legal wise

I had a maintenance court which my lawyers in october withdrew at the courts , so i phoned legal wise continuosly most of october without getting any resolve , final closer to the november court they phone and said they are sorting it out , in november on the court date i went to court and no lawyer was resolved so the the magistrate reverted to the old maintenance order in the interim that i get a lawyer , i emailed a complaint , and i sent them messages , the complaints department called me a few times but to no resove as well , the file was closed as per phone call with them on the 22nd december as resolved when i stil have another case in january please do not use these guys as their service is terrible
