Bad Service and Unprofessional Legal Counsel

This firm never misses a debit order but when it’s show time their legal counsel move like they are doing you a favour. I lodged a case with them 3 months ago against another small business that ****med me. They don’t follow up with you, you must follow up with them. The legal counsel that was attending to my case’s favourite line is “I will call you back” or “I will email you”. The lack of urgency and professionalism leaves much to be decided. I came to the decision to cut my losses when I discovered yesterday that they have been sending letters of demand to an incorrect email address. I am cancelling my membership with them and will accept that I have lost my item and money to the ****mer I had lodged a case against. As for Legalwise, I regret opening a membership with your firm. To anyone looking for proper legal services, do not go with LegalWise, you would literally be throwing money away. Look for another firm.
