Bad Service and Poor feedback

I went in for a divorce matter and the lawyer drafted the documents, went to the sheriff's office and filed at the court. The issue is that he made a mistake on the settlement agreement and now Old Mutual is requesting a correction. I got in touch with the Randburg branch and they advised that the person helping me has left and that since I am not covered in my Gold membership for Divorce, there is nothing they can do when it was their person who did everything, representing the company.
