Bad service and bad attitude

Firstly you call to get legal advice you can never speak to a consultant because all are busy.Then take your number and do not call you back.They open a file for you but never correspond with you.This Idiots are just eating my money by deducting every month from me!A year ago i had a case they referred me to the most useless lawyer who could not even negotiate or fight a case for me from lushen pillays attorneys.This legal wise durban branch does not care about their clients.Money making business.As long as they can get clients and make money they do not care about anything else.I need to start looking at other legal insurance companies now!
