Bad Service all around
Good day
I have been a loyal member of LegalWise Platinum for the past 5+ years and have never claimed.My reason of choosing platinum package was because i wanted the benefit of property transfer/registration because then i was young when i joined but had known that i will need such services in future.
Now when i need the services i have been paying for,for half a decade & never have missed one single payment...i am being sent from pillar to post.Customer Care send me to branch & the branch sent me back to the CC.This has been happening for the past 6 weeks and i feel it is high time i take it up further.
I have been promised by LegalWise several times that someone/manager will contact me but everytime i am the one contacting
