Bad service

I needed help with consumer complain and they promised to come back to me, its been 2 weeks now and my problem is still not solved. I dont even know what's happening with my complaint. I always call them and they promise to come back to me and they dont. Its so sad because they debit the subscription fee every month but when you need the services you pay for, you dont get them. Everytime when I send them and email, I get an automated response. I believe they are worse than the people I was complaining about.
