Bad service

Good day I was treated very badly Yvonne Shabangu from the Roodepoort branch yesterday 29.11.2023. She had no empathy to the matter, concluded the matter is what it is and not giving me a chance to explain anything yet she called me to verify if I agreed with the outcome with no chance of interjecting. My matter was initially handled by Tshenolo Mello from Polokwane where I did provide further information of supporting emails and documents , Yvonne just kept talking , never wanting me to give me a chance. I told her if she doesn't want to further help me by listening to what I have to say & how other information was not collated & mentioned in the outcome to boost my matter then as an employee of Legalwise then it would be fine I will get help elsewhere. Thank you Legalwise if this is what your employees do to us who are paying subscription fees without fail
