Bad Service

I joined Legalwise and 26 of Jan 2015 was the first debit. I contacted them this month to let them know i no longer need their service anymore and i want to cancel my membership with them. They told me i would have to fax a letter through them or send them an email which is what i opted for. I sent the email to a lady named Maggi on the 10 of February 2015 and today Legalwise debited from my account. I want them to cancel my membership and refund me my money back they had no business debiting money from my account when i told them i wanted to cancel. <br> i cant deal with them, they so mean on the phone and cold as well. i will take my services where they are needed.
