BAD SERVICE
I dont know why are we paying Legalwise as they never get back to a client .This is not the 1st time where we requested some legal advise and then nothing happens to the case .
I logged call i +/- 3 weeks or a month ago the consultant responded to say she recieved all documents ,but now it seems like i have to call and follow up
If it is not just ringing then you are put through to incorrect staff members
