BAD SERVICE

I have reported to legal wise about my identity theft in Jan 2015, i have sent emails, called, i even went to their offices several time, and they have not assisted me in anyway<br> There is someone who is using my ID to open accounts and not pay them, now my name is blacklisted. Since Legal Wise did not show any interest in helping me resolve this. i contacted TransUnion to help clear my name.<br> TransUnion sent me a letter that states that they did not find any credible evidence to support my claim. I am unable to open any account, but in July, 03 2015 this person opened an account at Avon. i am not happy with the service i have received from Legal Wise, please assist.
