Bad service

Please see mail bellow I send to one of you represantative that is suppose to help me with my case, and I send this mail on the 12 march 2018, I did not get a reply fropm this person and ever sinse then the is never been communication with me about the email I send or my case.

I really disappointed on the service im getting from legalwise and I really like clarity on how you guys operate please clear that up for me and if this is how you treat you customers. I make payment and see you adverti*****ts on how you operate and all of this is just lies based on the experience im getting now from you.

is this what we paying for?

I got you SMS and Im sorry but I'm not happy with that. I will not pay them a cent and as my lawyer I need you to be on my site for that. where does it say I must pay them because its there rules and they following the law when it benefits them.

My point is I'm blacklisted and if this company was a legit or worked with consumer acts they could have picked that up and rejected my application as mi blacklisted and under debt review and with the SouthAfrican law you cannot get a loan with that and if they cared to look into that they where going to reject my application on that bases thats why I will not pay them.

I also need to know where they got my banking details as its not me who gave them

second I dot have a signed agreement with them if you see the attched document you will not find my signature.

I canceled my membership and I will not pay them for cancellation and I was told that if I'm blacklisted or under debt review no company is allowed by law to give me a loan and if their system was in order they would pick that up.

second I cannot afford to pay them as I do not have the money thats why I looked for a loan with them and if they did any services for me I would pay them but I got nothing from them and again I say they not getting a cent from me. if they get me a loan I will use that money to pay them

if you check hello peter the is a number of people who wrote to them and they do not reply and that alone should tell you the have something to hide.

Please Note that the company is loan spotter and lifestyle legal are there lawyers. the only thing I have is the attached document and they send it to me as I terminated there services so I cannot log on to there site.
