Bad service

I received a call today from legal wise Maponya,Omphile(Nomsa's Manager)is on leave she said she will talk to Nomsa about this nothing hapenned.I would like to know,cause the receptionist lady said that she only advised Nomsa today about my request.I'm soo angry meaning when I go tomorrow to collect the letter I will be going for the 3rd time. The lady said that the letter was on the system,however Nomsa didn't say that to me. Legal Wise is so useless I will go to facebook and complain about this as well.
