Bad service

Went to legal wise Maponya Mall on 01/12 when I got there I was told Nomsa is on sick leave no one will be able to help me,my husband requested to speak to Nomsa's senior. Omphile the senior advised me to come back later before 16:30 came back,however new receptionist lady said I won't be assisted it's late she was so rude it was not the one I spoke to in the morning who tried to assist.Nomsa was on 2 days sick leave so they said,I was there to collect the letter that Nomsa said I can go anytime I will find the letter she didn't write the letter.Omphile said systems are down told her that I stay in Dobsonvile she needs to make a plan to deliver the letter to me as I don't have Petrol money,she said she will talk to Nomsa.Told her that I need the later today,cause I need to deliver it tomorrow I haven't heard anything from them.Legal wise is so unprofessional I've been busy with this for 3 months now.I will cancel my subscription with them rather join Scorpion they are so useless.Told her Nomsa needs to drive this side to deliver I'm not working anymore they are failures I must say.
