Bad service

I logged a case with Legalwise for a an incident I had with Europe car at the Durban international airport. My case was assigned to Danny Paul sen who I was told is one of the Legal practitioners working for Legalise.

This was back in May. We are now in September and I have never received not even one call from Danny with regards to my case. The only interaction that I had with him was via email when he was asking for supporting docs that was back in May and to date nothing. I have tried calling him on numerous occasions and it's either he is out of the office or in a meeting and I am assured he will call me but till today.

Such bad service by far.
