Bad Service

On the 16th July I went to legal wise nelspruit I opened a file with Alucia and she said I must come back 21 July to sign some documents,I drove to nelspruit at the same confirmed date only to be told that she forgot really driving 60km for nothing and she said I must come back I told her that won't be possible so we arranged that she will email me the documents I will read and sign them then post them,I waited till 24th July I called her again she told me she forgot I told her I'm around she must finish them up I will come to her office to sign,fine I signed then she promised me she will update me since today no feedback from her office,when we call the receptionist always promise to call us back but she doesn't,the following day when you call she ask the same questions policy number,cellphone number and promise to call you back,and her attitude is just for another day,I'm just not a happy client right now,it's been weeks and it's seems like they don't know what there are doing in that office
