Bad Service

<p>I have been an active member with Legalwise and my experience with the Florida Branch has been nothing but sad, Mails sent to Aubrey (Legal Councellor) are ignored, when brought to the attention of the Branch Manager Candice Harris, she apologises and then it is repeated and it continues, I have been communicating directly with Candice Harris and she too drops the ball and claims she is the Branch Manager and cannot be held accountable. My question is why? Candice Harris has for days assured me that she will attend to my request and today 19-05-2017 advised once again "Apologies"was at another Branch Aubrey will handle the issue, Aubrey in turn handles the issue, sends the mail to the incorrect email address, Candice's response "Human Error" why? had Candice briefed Aubrey providing him with the correct details then we would have no issue but unfortunately Candice will not take accountabilty and I the customer will just have to detail with it and move on.</p> <p>My question is why does Legalwise the legal avenue for so many people who can ill afford lawyer treat their members with such bad service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like someone from Head of Division at Legalwise to answer these quetions as this is totally unacceptable from a Branch Manager.</p>
