bad service

<p>i was was given an appointment with the lady by Evelyn Ramonyai twice and my experince with her was very bad. she never make follow up with clients and when your in her office she never have proper conversation to clearly understand your situation. i didnt feel free to discuss things with her based on the expression i got from her. i tried complainning with the head office but i never got any feedback. its really terrible because i pay monthly to receive good service when needed but i never do. someone must do sotheing about this urgently so.</p>
