Bad service

<p>I have been a member of LegalWise for sometime now and have never used their services up until now. There were bad things that were said to my wife by a colleague here at work and since I am a member and I also covered her.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked her to go to LegalWise and explain the situation to the lawyers present and I was shocked to learn that a case of defamation of character is not covered by LegalWise and that the person that attended to the matter said they can only write a letter informing the respondent that he should not talk about my wife.</p> <p> </p> <p>This leaves me with a question, why then should I keep on paying for something that is not covered? When people sell you products, they tell you all sorts of things so that you can buy their product. Even on TV, they make it sound like nothing will stand in your way when you have LegalWise on your side. This means then I am no different with the person who has no legal cover and if I do go and lay a charge against someone I would have to use my own money since this particular matter is not covered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me as I am very much disappointed.</p> <p> </p>
