Bad Service

<p>I am a new member of Legalwise and I still haven't received my card and documents. I was told to call if I haven't received them in 45 days which I did today and spoke to some rude woman called kelebogile on ********** 000. I have been paying for two months now and third payment will go off month end. When I asked her about when am going to receive the documents she just blatantly said she is offline and will resend them I should expect them in 2 months time and she just hung up. Really 2 months? I'm not sure if I want continue with such unprofessionalism. How am I going to be represented in court if the very same people who are supposed to provide good service are so rude? Might as well go to clientele legal</p>
