bad service

it's a nightmare trying to get legal advice from this branch .the whole thing started when i first went there to get advice when my boss was ********ly deducting monies from my salary and the whole process led me to become a target for questioning this .i then was booked for a hearing ,then i went to legalwise for help and was told to \come back when i have been fired\" i found this disturbing because i joined legalwise to protect my job.i then went back after the hearing as thy had said ,only to be told to come back and made a booking ,i then came back to made a booking and was told that it's late ,i should come back the following day the following day i was made to wait for an hour only to be told to come back the next day .i then asked to see the manager because at that time the attitude of the receptionist was just so rude and this did not help as the manager was not receptive and was hostile because he had been influenced by the receptionist .the whole experience made me feel life a fool .And in all those days most of the customers had the same concerns about the service ."
