Bad Service
<p>I am a member of Legalwise with Policy Number ********** and its been many years now and what makes me more angry with Legalwise to them they dont care how long you have been with them their service is very bad and there is no improvement, It is very difficult to get an appointment with them you must wait more than two weeks regardless what is your matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is my story I have a person that owes me money from the sale of a car, it took them time to send a letter of demand even when the letter was finally send I was not informed I did not even get a copy of the letter I had to make an appointment to get a copy.</p> <p> </p> <p>After that nothing is happening even when the 14 day period has lapsed, I have been sending them emails and calling but they say they will get back to me but nothing is happening this company is the first company that debit my account every month but i'm getting ******* service.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady that i'm dealing with is even giving me attitude ( Zoleka Manciya - Legal Counsellor Legalwise Durban Branch West Street) it seems as if she is taking sides and she support the person i'm complaining about because when I tell her something she does the opposit of it on purpose I am very disappointed with the service i'm getting from Legalwise what they always advertise its the total opposit.</p> <p> </p> <p>My matter is now suppose to go to Court but they are delaying it because now they must pay legal fees by giving me a Proffessional Lawyer, they are not even sending summos because they want to **** my case and save money while i'm suffering.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please Help the company must be exposed and closed down.</p>

I am still not happy with Legal Wise service they are lies when they suppose to pay they come up with excuses telling me that the estate is not covered but that was never mentioned when I took the cover before wess part of it I have a letter of authority which gives me the legal standing but they are refusing to allocate me a lawyer.
If you have a policy with Legal Wise I think you better think again, but dont wait until its time for you to claim because you will be given excuses instead of service yet they are very good in debiting your account at the end of the month.

b) You are the Executor of the estate, in terms of clause 20 of our Membership terms " Legal Expenses will only be paid if the Relevant Facts affect or are caused by or performed by The Member as an individual in a personal and private capacity and relating to personal and private affairs of the Member"
c) Our offices drafted an LOD to claim the balance of R30 000.00 to the defendant in an attempt to assist you.
In the circumstances we cannot advance your matter any further.

This matter is now in my personal and private affair, so I dont know what is the excuse here seriously what is the use of having Legal Wise and what am I paying for every month if I will get excuses at the end of the day? now I have to pay private laywer on top of what I have been paying for all these years this is absolutely ******* and a day light *******.
